Avocado and Tofu Sushi

So good! Definitely will recommend to try this. Had this as a set, along with dessert and soup

Very delicious vegan sushi. I also like the tofu, however it was a little hard to hold as it was collapsing 😃

It's the usual avocado sushi roll - except for the something crispy and fried inside. Not sure what it was but it gives you interesting texture and I liked it. The sauce for both sushi roll and tofu was a bit too sweet tho.

I really like wasabi and ginger and seafood and tofu. So, this dish is a sure win for me. 👍🏽
