It has been a few years since I've been to Sarah's Table, so there were

lots of new dishes to try! I've actually never had paella, so this sounded like a nice place to try! It's made with chorizo tofu, hearts of palm sundried tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, niçoise olives, asparagus, golden rice, white wine, and gochugaru lemon.

This dish felt a bit dry and butter to me. The heart of palm is supposed to be like scallops I think. I wasn't a big fan of their taste, but I was never much of a seafood person. I enjoyed all the fresh veggies. The mushrooms were definitely the best part of the dish. I was hoping the rice would be a bit saucier with more tomatoes. The menu says asparagus, but I think they used green beans instead.
