I came back from work today and was extremely tired to cook. Besides, I was
also craving noodles 🍝 very badly. I have tried vegan noodles at a lot of Asian fusion restaurants but have never found what my taste buds were looking for. Asian Bowl opened recently and it is so close to where I live! This is the first time I ordered this dish there and I am so glad I did! This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for! The perfect combination of mild sweetness, sharpness, savoriness, the perfect combination of perfectly cooked vegetables - bok choy, celery, cabbage, bell peppers, the aromatic basil, the perfectly cooked noodles. Just AMAZING. It was a very simple dish, nothing fancy, but that simplicity was what made it so delicious. I am SO happy that this vegan/vegetarian restaurant opened. I hope they get lots and lots of business, because their food AND service is really good. The first time I went there, I ordered their Manchurian sizzler plate and that was also excellent.
PS: Beware of their chilli oil. It is mind blowing but EXTREMELY hot 🌶️🌶️🌶️
