arugula pesto bowl

This is such a great summer dish! It's so filling and being from Portia's it's both #healthy and #glutenfree. I think next time I will add tofu for more protein! This bowl has brown rice, olives, peppers, carrots, onion, black beans, cabbage and #kale pesto. It was delicious and so fresh. It's also topped with a really delicious vinegar style dressing.
