Artichoke Dip

As far as I know, Fig + Farro was the first vegan restaurant in the Twin Cities to make artichoke dip and I love it. It's not as creamy as traditional artichoke dip but I love their elevated version.

This was yummy! Great flavor and fresh pita bread to go with.

This is a solid choice for an appetizer - the dip is creamy and cheesy, and the bread was so soft and yummy. #roosterredemption
