Artichoke & Spinach Dip

Love this dip. My non vegan friends love it too. Great for sharing!

This is something I used to love pre-vegan days. The tortilla chips are massive and super crunchy and can withstand a heaping amount of dip. The dip was good but didn’t blow me away — I feel like I could have easily made something similar at home.
