Absolutely delicious! The protein tasted authentic, and the flavors balanced themselves very well. I also liked the presentation with the wooden plate. This is my favorite restaurant in Panama because they have a whole vegan section on their menu. The serving size is pretty big, though, and I couldn't finish it all, so it had to go to waste because my flight was the next day 😭
