Created in honor of the 1955 Miss Venezuela, this homemade arepa, which was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, was stuffed with creamy avocado, garlic aioli, and grilled soy 🐥 on a bed of fresh tomatoes. It was meaty, creamy, and full of flavor. Served with a side of tender, sweet, caramelized plantains. (Gluten-free)
