Alitas De Coliflor Capeadas

I’ve been craving these cauliflower wings for awhile now & oh did this hit the spot!! I like both sauces! The BBQ is a sweet smoky flavor and the Bufaló is tangy,salty and spicy! Crispy on the outside and perfect texture on the inside! NOT mushy at all!! Yummmmmm 😋 This is my go to restaurant here in Guadalajara!! Never disappoints! Staff super kind and service is quick! Came back on 10/6 with my brother n law so I could prove to him that vegan food can be amazing and flavorful without harming a single being. He was shocked on how delicious these were! No fue mucho de mi agrado el coliflor capeado, pero esta bueno

El platillo está muy rico, tiene muy buen sabor y las “alitas” tienen muy buena textura. Lo que sí, es que están muy pequeñas para el costo del platillo. Pero de ahí en más, vale la pena probarlas 🙌🏼

What a wonderful restaurant in Guadlajara. Highly recommend. Friendly atmosphere, warm and inviting location. Food is excellent. Had both the alitas de coliflor( cauliflower wings) and the Mojetes de Mole( mole enchiladas for lack of better definition) Throughly enjoyed everything I ate.
