Achar

I love this Asian #pickles . Not sure if it’s originally a Malay/Chinese/Peranakan dish. The Indians have their version ofnit as well whc is more spicy. #achar consists of #cucumbers #pineapple #carrots and its fermented with a special sauce. Problem with achar is a lot of places makes it so sweet that sometimes i feel it has become a desert. I jv this disdain over food whc has become so sweet that it loses its authentic flavour. I really love this one cos it’s of a perfect medley of all the taste. Perfect accompaniment to the mee sua i had. And its garnished with #peanut & #sesameseeds .
