10 Vegetable Stir Fry

Blossom is one of my favorite restaurants (100% vegan)! Went here with a group and ordered about 12 different items. The stir fry was tasty and presented nicely, as everything at the restaurant is. It's a safe/familiar order for visitors who are not used to "innovative" vegan foods. I probably wouldn't get it on my own, just because I tend to eat similar dishes often at home. ingredients: farro, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, brussels sprouts, asparagus, string beans, leeks, broccoli, spinach, kale, scallions, ginger, basil, just egg (nut-free)
