Baked red peppers in tomato sauce

Because of the Easter fasting, this restaurant offers a vegan dish every day. This was

pretty good, the sauce was a bit watery for me.. otherwise tasty and a pretty good portion. If offered again, I would order it. #veganinbulgaria #veganin2024
