This eatery has a whole series of thunder tea dishes which I've heard good things about; a fried rice version sounded unique so I gave it a try. Whereas the usual thunder tea rice comes with a broth to pour all over, this version came with rice grains tossed and coated in aromatic thunder tea sauce. 🍚🍵 Had lots of leafy greens, winged beans, black-eyed peas, tofu, and roasted peanuts too. 🥬🫘🥜 Pretty good and not oily! Would recommend especially for those who want some fragrant earthy minty scent but tend to find the conventional thunder tea rice too overpowering or messy! Good for 2-3 pax to share.
