We usually get yuca fries at Chimborazo, an Ecuadorian restaurant in Northeast. They sounded like the perfect starchy food for our light lunch! Especially because they come with two sauces, and the sauces here at Owamni are incredible! We chose chimichurri and green pepián mole. The mole was pretty spicy! The server told us that is was a very old mole recipe. I really love their chimichurri too. So fresh and flavorful!
