Japchae with veggies found it at a korean restaurant at Naschmarkt in Vienna near Karlsplatz. It’s glassnoodles in soy sauce with veggies and they served it with a pickles side dish. It was really good but i wish there were more veggies as there were only like 3 pieces of peppers🫑. It was also the only vegan option and they offer a 9,90 lunch deal for a set number of dishes which is a good deal.
