Goodness this was such a lovely experience, i love how it all came together so beautifully. banh mi inspired sandwich, served on focaccia. I enjoyed that combination of pickled veggies, cucumber and soy-sauce enoki mushroom. The bits of jalapenos, vg cheese and crunchy onions and chilli oil also elevated this sandwich to the greatest heights. Just layers upon layers of awesome, flavours and textures. Sandwich shop, cafe and deli. Fully vegan. Their sandwiches and quiches all look and sound so yummy, and they have a really interesting selection of cakes and sweets too. They’re in front of the Broadway Market, so the area gets pretty busy on weekends, much quieter on a weekday.
