This might just be one of my new favourites here! The mala sauce was really flavourful and tasty and the chewy ramen noodles soaked it all up. All the other elements like the yuba, mushroom, vegetables and peanuts added great flavour and texture to the dish as well. Soup that came with it (see second photo) was tasty as usual. Would so get this again!
