Omg this #vegandessert of #zeppole topped with #mango, #forestfruits, #pistachio and #saltedcaramel was out of this world!! The fried, sweet dough was so crispy and spongy, providing a wonderful base for the toppings. Mango is at the height of its season here (these are from Mogan, Tenerife), and it was the main event being so juicy and full of flavor. The forest fruit coulis provided a nice tartness to add to the flavor profile, and the caramel and pistachios completed the symphony of tastes with crunchy, salted notes.

Remember to reserve ahead to let Chef Manuel know you are vegan, and then leave yourself in his capable hands and kitchen to delight in his unique creations!!
