I was super excited to try this brand of cereal because the macros are incredible - 110 calories and 11 g protein per serving?? Yes, please. However, unfortunately the flavor is not my favorite. The fake sweeteners (monk fruit and stevia) used to make it keto and diabetes friendly are very potent, and mixed with the strong pumpkin spice flavor it's just way too much for me. Oddly it has kind of a bubblegum flavor to me on first bite? It also somehow is really bad per Yuka, getting a score of 15/100 due to saturated fat and additives. And note that it's $9 for an 8 oz bag 😳
If you need a low carb cereal for health reasons, this seems to be a great, caring brand. But maybe try a different flavor, and find it on sale!
