This breakfast sandwich was so good, I’ve actually recreated it at home since having it here 😋 it was tofu scramble with bacon, cheese, arugula, roasted red peppers, and vegan mayo on a pretzel bun. It came with a side of potatoes & garlic aioli which were really crispy. The sandwich was super messy but absolutely delicious, and the pretzel bun made it. I would definitely recommend this spot for brunch!
