A Thai broth with buckwheat noodles, vegetables spaghetti, tofu glazed with furitake, shiitake mushrooms and samphire. It sounded delicious and it was although I was hesitant about the samphire thought it may be too salty but not at all. It added a little crunch but I liked it. It also has great benefits being anti-inflammatory and has minerals such as magnesium and potassium. All the ingredients compliment each other.
