Sweet Potato Leaves

R&J Cosy Corner (Zi Zai Vegetarian)

One of my favourite greens of all time, sweet potato leaves, stir fried with a lovely sauce with some vegan fish cakes. Such a nice texture and flavour to these leaves that soak up any sauce it’s in.
