One of my favorites foods is Thai and I miss it so much, cause almost everywhere they add fish or shrimp sauce to their curry, thanks to Trader Joe's I cooked a delicious dinner with this sauce, I just added some boiled tofu, broccoli, green beans and red bell peppers , was the perfect combination!!
Trader Joe's has a great vegan options and not too expensive.
I have some leftovers for tomorrow and maybe dinner too.
Btw I always try to buy glass containers instead of plastic, glass could be use as containers or can be recycled infinite times!
