My favourite starter this holiday cruise on Holland America's Oosterdam, in the main dining room: a lettuce wrap with scallions, Thai chilli, crispy rice noodles, ponzu dressing, cilantro, mint and Beyond Meat "beef" (hack) mince. Very tasty, loved it!
