Konjac noodle salad naturally coloured red with beetroot juice, bathed in a simultaneously tangy, salty, and sweet dressing with sesame seeds. 🫜 Ordered this out of curiosity but was pleasantly surprised by how delightfully refreshing and tasty this cold appetiser was! Plated on a seashell and I suppose this was kinda like chilled seasoned jellyfish or baby octopus salad (not sure cos I've never eaten those), minus the cruelty. 🪼🐙 They really nailed the konjac noodles - it was bright and bouncy, great texture that was in between chewy and crunchy, not overly rubbery or unpleasantly fishy like I remember from my calorie counting dieting days long ago LOL.
