Used to drink lots of double-boiled soup before I went vegan; this was surprisingly flavourful and I didn't feel like I was missing anything (pork ribs are typically a staple in traditional Chinese soups). 🍲 Filled with lots of watercress, along with corn on the cob, carrot chunks, soybeans, and 'mutton'. 🥬🌽🥕🫘 Came with a bowl of mixed brown rice too; $4 for a complete and nutritious meal in this economy?!
