I thought this was going to be a basic quesadilla and boy was I wrong!! Probably one of the best quesadillas of my life. You can choose your “meat” filling so I went with the vegan beef. It also had potatoes and onions too which was a nice surprise! The beef was like little ground pieces with a great flavor and it was so loaded I had to eat it with a fork & knife. Also came with rice & beans.
