Castelvetrano olives are a favorite in our house. They have a really nice firm yet buttery texture and a slightly sweet citrus taste. Usually I get them at the Whole Foods olive bar, but I was happy to find a Divina jar of them! They were really nice alongside a Mediterranean quinoa salad, za'atar tofu, and Trader Joe's dolmas.
