A stay at La Vimea is inclusive of a very creative, haute cuisine dinner every night. This 5 course experiential meal designed by Chef Aggeliki Charami is served to us course by course, gorgeously plated, with a kombucha shot in between as a palate cleanser.

The service is top notch! Every time they serve a dish to our table, they explain what it contains beautifully.

La Vimea team is very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s owner, Valeria Caldarelli told us her service team is entirely vegan! No wonder they have that energy and joy which stems from working for a cause you’re passionate about.

These are pics of some of my favourite dishes from the dinners of 1st to 5th July 2025.

If I could pick between their buffet spreads and 5 course dinners (this isn’t a choice we get, both are included in the stay), I’d pick the buffets in a heartbeat! But these high end dinners are worth experiencing at least for 2 nights.

The only two drawbacks to these meals:

1. too much sea weed is used in different forms. That fishy smell takes away from the experience a bit.
2. some of the dishes are way too filling so by the time we get to dessert, tummy’s too full to enjoy it completely.
