this #vegancroissant was perfect to make a sandwich for a train trip - with a little vegan cheese and smoked tofu. i ate it while waiting for the train but that still counts as a #vegantravel.

this friendly cafe is in the #trainstation at Orvieto and they keep the #vegancornetti separate so they don't get cooties. 😁

and a tree. i know it is related to maple 🍁 but discussed it with a friend and we could not get the name in english or italian - an elder maybe? i do know we played with the seeds in the fall when i was little. they descend like helicopters when they fall from the tree.
