Gochujang glazed ‘chicken’ burger, pickled daikon and carrots, chilli cucumber, spicy mayo, kimchi.

Advertised as a taste explosion - and I can confirm that it is :) Really gorgeous & fresh tasting.

AM cafe (Animals Matter) is a relatively new establishment in Vancouver and is on the brink of expansion. When I visited today it was packed and the server said they are very popular at weekends - yet this is the first review on abillion.

Highly recommend for atmosphere, great food & service, and above all plant-forward minds who care about the animals we share our world with 💕
