This pizza was my favourite of the three, maybe my favourite flavour combinations ever on a pizza! Garlic oil, cashew cheese, mushroom, braised leeks, citrus marinated kale, and raspberry emulsion drizzle. What a creative combination of toppings! The leeks were sooo good with that sweet roasted onion flavour. The kale was an amazing textural element as well as provided a bright contract to the cheese and dough. The raspberry drizzle was the best thing ever, so sweet and tangy. Absolute perfection 😋 #pizzalover
