🫛 Leon tries to do healthy #fastfood and they have several #veganoptions on their menu. I was going to order their baked waffle fries 🍟but then saw this #peas and #seeds #salad 🥗which is miles healthier. It has 11 plant points. 🌱Here they are recommending you get 30 plant points a week rather than 5 fruit 🍌🍎and veg 🍆🥒a day to increase the variety of fresh foods for your gut. It’s fun to test that. As a vegan it’s not so difficult to get close to 30 in a day sometimes depending on your diet. This side dish was ok. I won’t be racing back for it but good if you need a boost of nutrients with your Love ❤️burger. 🍔 about £2.25
