Whoa this #ramen is proper #spicy 🔥😋 Especially when you get right to the end and it's all the bits and pieces left in the broth. The menu doesn't really give enough warning of this ("zesty kick" could mean anything, but I interpreted it more as a reference to the citrus in the #yuzu 😬), but thankfully I can do spicy so all good there 🙂

The #noodles are delicious, beautiful texture and separation and even flavour 😋 And you can pick the quantity that you want when you order (50, 70, 100, or 120g it's all the same price!) What you see here is the default/suggested 100g, and it was a just-right portion for an adult 😏 This was so delicious I'm still dreaming of this 🥲
