There’s just something about the taste of lye… 🤤 I never made the connection between that flavour found in ramen and #yellownoodles 😛

This place is one of the few #vegetarian #chinesefood places around that pays their #wokhei respects 🙏🔥💨 The #noodles’ char isn’t always visibly prominent so you’d never know how secretly amazing the flavour turned out!! 😋 Not gonna lie, the saltiness can be tad inconsistent at times but I get too subdued by how nicely the natural flavours of every vegetable and protein was infused into the sauce 🤪

RM 7 for this portion and very natural tasting smoke?? Heck yeah it’s #worthit!!
