The house-made black bean patty in this burger could easily stand alone…while I couldn’t put my finger on the seasonings, the taste and texture were both amazing. It was served in a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, pico de gallo, guacamole, chipotle mayo, and crushed tortilla chips for added crunch. The sweet potato fries were a great choice for a side and they were cooked to perfection. This is an all vegan restaurant that’s all about ‘being kind to every kind’, and one of those places I hope can expand to more locations while keeping the magic…
