I have not eaten an impossible burger in a few years, and I must admit, this really hit the spot. My husband is vegetarian for a few weeks for a religous fast and he really wanted to have this for our BBQ dinner. The taste is quite "meaty" and it is a great amount of protein and nutrients. Heavily processed, which I try to avoid, but not bad for a rare treat. The heavy plastic packaging around the burgers is crazy to me though.
