This is a nice smaller breakfast sandwich at Francis. Instead of a burger patty, it has some vegan ham and a hashbrown! It also has JUST Egg, Chao cheese, and spicy mustard. I love English muffins, so I really enjoy that it was served on that instead of a bun. Although I love Francis's buns, they can be a bit heavy for the morning. This comes with another hash brown on the side, but I decided to swap that out for some slaw.
