Exactly what the name suggests - this ring donut is dipped in a sweet caramel glaze, coated in crunchy Lotus cookie crumble, and topped with a generous swirl of caramel cream and half a Lotus biscuit. Creamy, crunchy, caramelly. Not my fav, it lacks a bit of character and it's not making me feel like it's summer 🥲
