This place has a very nice story. They employ people who need a second chance at life, and in general operate with a civic consciousness that is so heartening to support 🙂 This naturally extends to a 100% vegan menu. I was familiar with them from my trip to Prague last year already, and although I knew the food wasn't going to be amazing I was still glad to come and support them 💪

This #cocktail - which we used like an #aperitif - was a #bubbly, enlivening mix of #prosecco, #gin, and #lemon 😋 Also very #sweettooth friendly, so bonus points for sure!
