I love this so much! I would have bought it just for the packaging, as it is so beautiful. But: it also really works. It is a microbiome support superfood with fermented bran - of course I read fermented brain first 😂
The taste is earthy and nice, works great in a shake or yoghurt or any cool drink. Makes you poop like a champion, which is so important (never thought I’d write something like this on an app) and overall makes me feel good, strong, nourished and healthy.
Ingredient-wise we’re looking at a fermented bran mix of brown flax, brown rice and golden millet paired with inulin, apple powder, aronia powder and rosehip powder. 💪 So all the fun stuff combined!
