Seasonal special at Jewel outlet! 🇹🇼 Vermicelli noodles in an herbal broth with goji berries, served with sliced shiitake mushrooms. 🍜🍄‍🟫 Vegan option available without fried egg! They swapped the egg out to fried beancurd skin rolls instead. Overall the taste was rather mild, and I wouldn't exactly call it Taiwanese style (perhaps some straw mushrooms and starchiness plus stronger savouriness to the soup would have reminded me of oyster mee sua?) but this was a comforting homecooked-style dish nonetheless.
