Introducing the poshest #chapchye (杂菜) dish that I've ever sampled 😊 Only a few token specimens of each type of ingredient/vegetable - #carrot, #cauliflower, #blackfungus, #shiitake #mushroom, #soyskin - as if they were so very precious 😂 Wrapped in a copious amount of #napacabbage, and topped with (genuine gold dust this) #deepfried #lotusroot 😋 And the sauce was deliciously rich and tasty - #drool! 🤤
