Roasted Matcha Latte (Strawberry) al Hatoya Asakusa — Recensione di pattini (10 mag 2025)

Hatoya is very well known as one of the best places to get a matcha, because of these expect a little bit of queuing before being able to place your order, also prices are slightly higher than average. But the product is very good. I opted for the roasted quality of matcha (roasted aroma and less bitterness) for which I asked an oat milk iced latte. They do ask for 150 ¥ extra for the oat milk, which always hurts, but I noticed this was pretty much the standard in Japan. I also asked for the special strawberry add-on which made the whole drink amazing. It’s kind of their specialty so I’d suggest you try it. Overall I was happy with my matcha latte but to be honest the final price was probably too high to justify all the waiting and the drink itself, I had other great matchas for less.
