You may not be able to see it in these roasted potatoes, but as any vegan knows, black salt is a total game-changer in all dishes. It does last a reaaaaally long time because how much salt can one eat? (That said the Chinese have a saying 'I have eaten more salt in my life than you have eaten rice' as a retort to someone less experienced to you - and I love black salt so much I have probably eaten more of it than I have eaten rice myself 💏)
