This is my second time having birria tacos, and I like these more than the first. Here, they use Chunk Foods steak that they slow braise. It also has jalapeño, cotija, and it's served with adobo consommé. I enjoyed the tacos themselves, but I'm realizing that maybe I'm not the biggest fan of the consommé that comes with birria. It's just a bit too acidic for me. I really enjoyed the steak and the cheese. My favorite ingredient here makes a reappearance too – the cotija!
