A great salat with a very good taste, if you like chickpees of course. It is one of the rare vegan meals available in the Ayers rock ressort. So if you are here on vaccation, thats a vegan option. "Die Nadel im Heuhaufen" as we say in austria, which means something is very rare, like kangaroos around Uluru 😉
