I love that Tompkins Square Bagels has so many tofu cream cheese options! Their website lists ten flavors. I don't think they had that many on the day we went, but there were at least six.

I got this sundried tomato tofu cream cheese on a sesame bagel. The sun dried tomatoes offered a really nice savoriness to the bagel. The bagel itself was so incredible too. Freshly baked NY bagels are just so unbeatable. Grocery store bagels can't compare.
