This flight features sake from Ryo, Ozeki Nigori, and Chiyomusubi. That's the order I would rank them from best to worst as well. The Ryo was light and had a melon-y flavor. I found it very refreshing. The Ozeki Nigori was unfiltered, giving it a thicker texture. It was also a bit fruity and easy to drink. The Chiyomusubi was good too. It had more of a mineral flavor. This was a great choice, since all other options besides the house sake are sold by the bottle.
