This is a classic of bakery bakery I could already taste at the shop in the main station of Zurich. I like it, but I always expect something else. The "ham" inside this salty #croissant is in one fluffy mass, while I"d like to have some variety in texture, maybe with some vegan bacon cubes of Outlawz , which is the brand they use for #mockmeat .
I'd also had liked that they heated up the croissant. Maybe the next time I can ask if they do it, because it would gain a lot in flavor.
